Ezone Shop is one of the most popular e-commerce platforms in Bangladesh, where you can easily sell your own products nationwide. To ensure that sellers can run their business without any hassle, we manage everything including seller support, delivery, cash collection, marketing, and more.

Requirements to Get Seller Account Approval

• You must have your own products (both digital and physical products are accepted).

• Only the seller will list their products.

• Ezone Shop will manage everything including product sales, promotions, delivery, and cash collection.

How Are Products Delivered to Customers?

Ezone Shop has its own advanced delivery system (through third-party couriers).

If your product is sold on Ezone Shop:

• Ezone Shop’s delivery personnel will collect the product from your shop/store.

• The product will then be delivered to the customer’s address.

• Sellers do not need to pay any charge for this.

You can now sell products easily from anywhere in Bangladesh.

How Does Ezone Shop Sell Your Products?

• Through paid ads, boosted posts, SEO, and nationwide campaigns.

• Customers can order via both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Pre-payment.

Seller Registration Charge

• There is no fee for seller account approval on Ezone Shop.

• Commission is deducted only when a product is sold.

• 👉 For new sellers: 0% commission on the first 50 orders

Who Pays the Delivery Cost?

• Delivery charge is collected from customers.

• When uploading products, sellers can set the delivery charge themselves.

General rule:

• Under 1 kg: 70–150 BDT

• Above 1 kg: +40 BDT per additional kg

If a seller wants to offer free shipping, then the delivery charge will be deducted from their sales revenue.

When Is Commission Deducted?

Commission is deducted from the seller’s payable amount after the product is successfully delivered to the customer.

Seller Withdrawal Policy

• After a product is delivered, the money becomes available for withdrawal after 3 days.

• Sellers can withdraw via bank or multiple gateways.

• 👉 If a return occurs, the seller must refund that amount (as per return policy).

Product Packaging

Ezone Shop has its own packaging system.

Sellers can:

• Do packaging themselves (must purchase Ezone Shop promo materials), or

• Use Ezone Shop’s packaging service — in this case, the seller needs to send the product to Ezone Shop’s warehouse after it is sold.

Warranty & Return

• If a product has a warranty or guarantee, it must be provided by the seller.

• All products on Ezone Shop come with a 7-day return policy.

• If a customer returns a product within 7 days, the seller must accept it.
